Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, minus outbound shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong piece.

How

Email hello@becomeagain.com with your order number. Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

Exclusions

Worn, stained, or odor-affected hats cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Final-sale items cannot be returned.
