Program

Become Again operates a recurring automated marketing SMS program. Messages may include cart reminders, order updates, back-in-stock alerts, drop announcements, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent by autodialer. We may use Postscript and other vendors to send messages on our behalf.

Consent

You opt in by submitting your number on a website form or popup, checking the SMS box at checkout, texting a published keyword (such as AGAIN) to our number, or another method we clearly describe at the time of consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, rates, HELP / STOP

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. You may also email hello@becomeagain.com. After STOP you may receive a final confirmation. We honor opt-outs promptly.

Eligibility

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and that you are 18 or older.

Non-sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers

Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Arbitration; class waiver

Messaging disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-waiver terms in our Terms of Service and, if enabled, Postscript’s hosted Dynamic Terms of Service. By opting in you agree those terms apply.

Changes

We may change these Messaging Terms. Continued participation after we post updates is acceptance. We recommend using Postscript Dynamic hosted Messaging Terms once your Postscript account is live, and linking those URLs at every opt-in point.
