Agreement

By using this site or buying from Become Again you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, if you join SMS, our Messaging Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Orders

All orders are offers to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order. Prices, colorways, and inventory can change without notice. Limited drops may sell out. Product photos are representative; actual color can vary by screen.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout through Shopify Payments or other processors we enable. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns, risk of loss

See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Title and risk of loss pass when we hand the order to the carrier.

Intellectual property

Become Again names, marks, designs, photos, and copy are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or use them except as allowed by these Terms.

SMS program

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts. Consent is not required to buy. Full rules are in the Messaging Terms.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Become Again is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver

Except for small-claims or IP claims, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You and Become Again waive class actions and class arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing hello@becomeagain.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” If you join SMS, the Messaging Terms (including any Postscript Dynamic Terms) also apply to messaging disputes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.
