Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, excluding drop-release surges, weekends, and US holidays. You will get tracking when the label is created.

United States

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options, when offered, show at checkout.

Mexico and international

We ship to destinations enabled at checkout. International transit is often 7–21 business days plus customs. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Address

You are responsible for a complete, deliverable address. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or orders we shipped to the address you entered.

Lost or damaged

Contact hello@becomeagain.com within 7 days of the delivery date on the tracking page. Include photos for damage claims.
