Window

Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, minus outbound shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong piece.

How

Email hello@becomeagain.com with your order number. We will send a return address. Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

Exclusions

Final-sale, personalized, and clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned. Worn, stained, or odor-affected hats cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If a size or colorway is still in stock we can exchange. Drops that are sold out cannot be exchanged for the same style.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued after we inspect the return, usually within 5–10 business days, then your bank may take additional time.
